Solid Catalyst for Gas
Ecoil Thioscav Fe17 Nano offers a proven, dry media H₂S scavenger designed as an alternative to traditional triazine solutions. This modular, non-triazine product is engineered to keep LOE low, providing cost-effective scalability from wellhead operations to full-scale gas gathering systems.
Take advantage of real-time monitoring for H₂S readings, injection rates, and tank levels with Ecoil Thioscav Fe17 Nano. Our solution integrates with SCADA, GPS, and cellular connections, while a web-based app allows for remote monitoring and pump adjustments, streamlining automation and control.
The Ecoil Thioscav Fe17 Nano contactor tower is carefully designed to handle natural gas flow rates, H₂S levels, and pressure. Sour gas is routed through the bottom of the tower, where it is treated, producing a non-hazardous iron and sulfur-based slurry. The sweetened gas exits through the top, ready for commercial use.
Compared to triazine, Ecoil Thioscav Fe17 Nano media lasts twice as long, reducing overall OPEX and downtime, providing a more efficient and cost-effective solution for gas purification.
